Before any electrician starts work, ask two questions. First: are you TECL licensed? Second: will you pull the required permits for this job?
If the answer to either is anything other than a clear yes, find someone else. The cheap quote that skips permits will cost you significantly more in the long run — and could cost you a lot more than money.
